The Album ”Goes Petshopping” was released 2006 and was produced by Johan Fjällström and Sami Sirviö (Kent). It included most of the hits written by the legendary duo ”The Pet Shop Boys”

Three singles was released from the album. ”Domino Dancing”, ”West End Girls” and ”Suburbia”

”Goes Petshopping” was so well received that the ”Pet Shop Boys” contacted the girls and asked if they could take part in their upcoming documentary ” a life in pop” together with amongst others Robbie Williams, Trevor Horn and Scissors sisters.

The documentary was filmed in London, broadcasted by channel 4 in the UK and released the same year on DVD.

After the album release West End Girls tour Europé. With shows in UK, Germany, Spain, Turkey and Russia just to mention some of the country’s that was visited.

The same year WEG was asked to record the song for the new computer game “Sims 2 Pets”. The year before the song was done by Depeche Mode.

WEG shared stage with group’s like Muse, Placebo and Status Que.

The group is currently working in the studio with their new album signed to EMI worldwide. But already now the first to singles are ready.

This time has ”Pets Shop Boys” given unreleased material to West End Girls and one of these song’s is ” A little black dress” the second single to be released. The first one is ”what have I done to deserve this” so far only released in Sweden.
